Falls Little League

Many Puget Sound companies, including Microsoft, match their employee volunteer hours with cash payments to the not-for-profit organization where the employee volunteered, such as Falls Little League.  Due to tremendous generosity of local employers, their employees have an opportunity to make a long-term difference in our community by utilizing their matching programs to their fullest.

The sponsorship matching program offered by Microsoft, for example is significant enough that if all Falls volunteers who are employed submit their volunteer hours, could enable Falls Little League to make capital investments that would benefit the league for many years to come. We strongly encourage all Falls Little League volunteers to check with their Human Resources department to see if they have a volunteer hours matching program.

Microsoft employees: If you or your spouse volunteer at least 10 hours with Falls in a calendar year, Microsoft will match your volunteer time at $25/hour. Requesting a match from Microsoft takes less than 5 minutes.

Work for a local organization that offers a volunteer matching program?  Please let us know as we would like to understand the process and communicate with our league community members.

Volunteer Opportunities with Falls Little League Board

We are excited to announce that several volunteer roles are now available with the Falls Little League Board, providing a wonderful opportunity for community members to contribute to the success and growth of our program. These positions are crucial to maintaining the high standards and smooth operation of our league. While it is not mandatory, we encourage those interested in volunteering to consider committing to these roles for several years. This dedication not only helps in developing a deeper understanding of the league's needs but also ensures continuity and stability within our program. We welcome anyone eager to make a positive impact and support our young athletes.
