SUNDAY April 9, 2017

ATTENDED:  Joe Fritz (president), Lori Boggetti (vice president), Gary Wardecki (secretary), Tony Franchetti, Kelly O’Brien, Carl O’Brien, Mike Chaump

TREASURY: $4180.17 as of March 31, 2017

SCHEDULES:

• majors completed- 1^st game 4/10/17

• minors completed- 1^st game 4/18/17

•  coach pitch available this week- 1^st game 4/24/17

•  tee ball available this week- 1^st game 4/24/17

MAINTENANCE:

• Lower tee ball field ready for season

• Little league field to be ready Monday, 4/10/17

• Field chalk on back order, will be ready Tuesday, 4/11/17

• Pittston Printery out of business- seeking new company to complete signs

COACHES:

       -     Volunteer form and background checks need to be completed for all coaches and returned to league office (forms and links on league website)

       -      Concussion testing needs to be completed and certificate printed (link on league website)

OPENING DAY: Saturday April 22^nd 

• Ceremonies begin at 12 noon

  • Each team will play an exhibit

FUNDRAISING/ EVENTS:

• Opening Day basket raffle (each team is asked to provide 1 basket)

• PIcture Day tentative date Tuesday, April 25th ( location: TBD) 

• League hit-a-thon (info available at opening day)

• Cash Bingo Saturday, June 10^th at Queen of Apostles Hall --games begin 6pm

• Community Movie Night w/ Lions Club (date: TBD) free to everyone
