ACTIVITY SINCE LAST MEETING:

• Purchased plexi-glass window for shed- $16

• Made $200 donation to the Avoca Polar Express Parade/ Party

• Paid monthly utility bills- $517.54 $359.04

• Paid yearly District dues- $100

• Replaced broken shed window

• Board members donated baskets for Polar Express party

• Took in flag for winter

• PPL replaced little league utility box

• League had first joint meeting with Pittston City and Duryea little leagues

  • Projected opening day at Duryea April 13, 2019

  • Night at the races fundraiser scheduled January 26, 2019

• Locked gate at each field open to discourage dogs running around on fields

   

  UPCOMING:

• Second meeting with Pittston City and Duryea

• League participation in the Avoca Polar Express parade and party

• Plan registration for the 2019 spring season

• Need to clean little league/ tee ball stands

• Continue Redner Save-A-Tape program
