ACTIVITY DISCUSSED:

• Contact Kuharchik to replace burnt out lights-again

• Approximately 125 Bingo raffle tickets sold

• All bingo games sponsored

• Coaches meeting held

• Little League rule books handed out

• Opening day scheduled Saturday, April 14, 2017 at 12 noon

• Hit-a-thon fundraiser will be at opening day- $690 raised so far

• League shop days at Dick’s sporting goods this weekend

• Pictures will be held Thursday, April 19 beginning at 5pm at West Side Club (lower)

• Field cleanup completed

• District meeting scheduled Wednesday, April 11th

• Opening-day meeting helded

• Volunteers needed for opening day and bingo

• Paid for outfield sponsor signs- $2600 (profit $1900)

• Uniform distributed this week

• Ordered league t-shirts from Madtees
