ACTIVITY SINCE LAST MEETING:

• At beginning of meeting Vice President Lori Boggetti resigned her position

• Received team sponsor payments from (Dupont VFW and PACC) $500

• Received 4 yearly sign fees $200

• Received yearly sponsorship from Dick’s Sporting Goods $100 cash/ $300 GC

• Paid expenses

  • American Water- 47.51

  • PPL- $322.57

  • Phone- $85.41

  • Quarterly Insurance- $305.60

  • Ink/ paper- $262.97

• Online registration began, continues until 1/31/19

• Seeking horse/ race sponsors, basket/ food donations for Night at the Races

• The little league participated in the Avoca Christmas parade

• Redner’s Save-A-tape total- $14,181 (league will receive 1%)

• League had two joint meeting with Pittston City and Duryea little leagues

  • Registration flyers sent to players

  • Night at the races fundraiser scheduled January 26, 2019

• Little League Intl answered question about playing non-Little League chartered tee ball teams- not allowed

  UPCOMING:

• meeting with Pittston City and Duryea- 1/17/19

• complete 2019 League charter

• Seek replacement for vacant Vice President position

• Need to clean little league/ tee ball stands
