MAINTENANCE:
COACHES:
- Volunteer form and background checks need to be completed for all coaches and returned to league office (forms and links on league website)
- Concussion testing needs to be completed and certificate printed (link on league website)
FUNDRAISING/ EVENTS:
League hit-a-thon (tee ball last home game under lights) (coach pitch, minors, majors 6/4/17 1pm)
- team fundraiser met= ticket to Railriders for each player, add'l tickets available for purchase)
- player with most money received= $150 gift certificates to Dick's ( 3 x $50)
Cash Bingo Saturday, June 10th at Queen of Apostles Hall --games begin 6pm
tickets $20 get 15 regular games ( 3 cards each)
seeking food, game, basket donations
Community Movie Night w/ Lions Club (date: TBD) free to everyone
