• Monthly utilities- $757.80

• New garbage lids (6) and cans (2) for dug outs purchased- $82.32

• Avoca Fire Department softball tournament stand concessions- $1300

• Fall ball sign ups completed

  • Majors- 11 players coaches Bill Boggetti and Dave Perks

  • Minors- 10 players coaches Mike Chaump and Jason Boettger

  • Coach Pitch- 9 players coach Kim Collins

• Fall ball team sponsors obtained by Lori Boggetti

  • Majors- Keystone Dental Center

  • Minors- Quick Chick/ M Abraham

  • Coach Pitch- Antonio’s Pizza

• Railriders game attended

• Avoca Borough signed contract to install 8’ fence around back field and replace fence topping at little league field

• Seeking bid to remove infield grass lip

• Purchasing new hitting mat for batting cage

• Test Gamechanger app during fall ball

• Officer elections to be held at next meeting

  • Available elected positions open: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Safety Coordinator, and Player Agent
