2025 Spring Grades Kindergarten and 1st

Registration for the 2025 Kindergarten and 1^st Grade Spring Softball season is here!

Season: starts in late April and ends in mid June.
Games: 6:00 pm once or twice a week on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at the Deerfield School or School Street
Uniform: a t-shirt and visor will be provided by Westwood Youth Softball
Equipment: A batting helmet with face protection and a fielding glove for an 11 inch ball is required. We recommend a fielding mask, but it is not required. Bats will be provided at practices and games. For more information on equipment click here.
Registration: Early Sign Up Fee is $125 from now until December 31, 2024 (Discount will be applied at checkout). Regular Fee is $150. Registration closes February 14, 2025.
Players are encouraged to register early and before the registration deadline to ensure a spot.
Players registered after registration deadlines may be put on a wait list.
Players are taken off the wait list on a first-come, first-served basis.

2025 Spring Grades 2nd through 8th

Registration for the 2025 Spring Softball season is here!

Season: starts in late April and ends in mid June.
League: we play in the Norfolk County Softball League (NCSL); games are played in Dedham, Foxboro, Norwood, Sharon, Walpole, and Westwood.
Divisions: Seniors (6th, 7th, 8th grade); Juniors (4th, 5th grade); Farm (2nd, 3rd grade)
Games: start at 6:00 (warm ups at 5:30) and are played twice a week. Practice dates and times will be set by each coach, but are usually on the weekend.
Senior Games: Tuesdays/Thursdays (occasional Fridays)
Junior Games: Tuesdays/Thursdays (occasional Fridays)
Farm Games: Mondays/Wednesdays
Uniform Jersey: TBD. Once registered, you will receive an email with info on uniform ordering.
Uniform Bottoms: Girls are also required to wear black softball pants and green socks. Pants/socks can be purchased via the WYS store link, or they can be purchased at any other store/website you choose.
Equipment: A batting helmet with face protection, a fielding mask, and a fielding glove are required. Batting gloves are optional. For more information on equipment click here. It is recommended that the girls have their own bat, but we can provide them at practices and games, if necessary.
