Hello ALL,
Wallen
Hope all is safe
Stay at
Home order is still in affect till 5/2/2020, but that is not stopping WALLEN….
Programs like Wallen for over 60+ years serves as an escape to
everyday challenges and unite communities in an irreplaceable way. Wallen like all Americans will come out of
this even stronger.
We have adapted to COVID-19 pandemic and created the model for
us to move forward with several components to have us get up and running as
soon as we are in the clear with CDC and Governor order of Indiana.
To list
a few of the model that has help WALLEN to be on pace for us to hit the ground
and running
1. Evaluation
of players thru virtual tryouts—Remember everyone makes a team at WALLEN
2. Conducting
Drafts thru online with coaches.
3. Creating
the teams and posting rosters.
4. Coaches
reaching out with their teams, creating unity and the excitement, by the
process of zoom conferences till we get clearance.
5. Confirming
all uniforms locking in sponsors.
6. Allowing
for those still not sure to register to wait list and not have to pay anything
till Wallen
locks
into the schedule.
7. Safety
guidelines introduce moving forward for before, during and after we get the
ball rolling.
a. Equipment,
b. Conditions
c. Game
procedures
d. Spacing
games times
e. Social
distancing
f.
Fans in the stands
More
details when start.
8. Predetermine
schedule layout game plans.
Wallen
is Ready!!!
Don’t
miss out!!!!
Wallen accepts individual players that play
Travel Ball-baseball and softball all ages up to 17 in specific division
Wallen accepts Softball Travel Teams in our
Juniors and Seniors Divisions of only Softball
Our way to helping you thru
the tight times
Exercise the waitlist so we don’t have your child miss out in this great
American past time
How the Waitlist will work is you register
in the division you want your child or children in it will then move to
waitlist, once that happens click on the waitlist again and it
will prompt you to finish the registration questions. You
will receive email confirmation that your child is on Waitlist. Then we will move them to the division, and it
will prompt another email that you have been accepted to the program and now
have balance. You may the balance if want to at that time,
but we are waiving collections till schedule is release for games.
Here is where Wallen stands with spots in
