Culpeper Little League depends on volunteers to run safely and smoothly. Here’s what you need to know:

Who Can Volunteer?

Anyone! Parents, grandparents, neighbors, and community members are welcome. No experience required — just enthusiasm for supporting our players.

What Roles Can I Fill?

• Coaching team practice or games
• Becoming an umpire or junior umpire
• Team parent support (rosters, snacks, communications)
• Concession stand shifts and operation
• Picture day helper, scorekeeper, field setup, etc.

How Do I Get Started?

Please fill out our Volunteer Application. Background checks are required for roles with regular contact with players.
