Concession Stand Information

Our concession stand is staffed by volunteers and funds important league operations.

Team Concessions Duties

• Each team is assigned 2–3 game day shifts per season
• Families are asked to volunteer at least one shift

Volunteer Roles May Include:

• Opening or closing the stand
• Preparing and serving food
• Handling cash and restocking supplies

Training & Times

• Training provided by Safety Officer or delegated leader
• Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first shift
• Typical shifts: ~5:45–9:15PM on weeknights; ~9AM–noon and noon-4PM on Saturdays

Opening Procedures May Include:

• Turn on machines (nachos, popcorn, coffee)
• Stock snacks and hot food
• Set up serving window and register

Closing Responsibilities:

• Clean equipment, utensils, and counters
• Turn off machines and secure cash/stock
• Ensure stand is locked and clean
