Uniform Distribution

Each player will receive a jersey and hat (baseball) or visor (softball). Team Parents will coordinate with coaches to ensure sizes are correct and uniforms are distributed smoothly.

Uniform Tips:

• Label all pieces of your child's uniform.
• Players should wear their full uniform to every game.
• Coaches will notify you when uniforms are ready for pickup.
• Number requests are not allowed for regular season play.

Picture Day

Picture Day will be held early in the season (Spring Season Only!). Each team will be assigned a specific time and location. Coaches and Team Parents will help organize players for both individual and team photos.

Team Parent Responsibilities:

• Distribute order forms and online links ahead of time.
• Ensure all players arrive in full uniform and on time.
• Help line up players for photos and provide guidance.
• Collect forms (if paper) and assist with questions.

Game Ball Traditions

After each game, many coaches choose to award a game ball to a player who showed great effort, sportsmanship, or teamwork. It’s a great way to build confidence and team spirit!

Helpful Notes:

• Team Parents may purchase a few extra game balls to use for this tradition.
• Label each ball with the player’s name and date of the game.
• Celebrate hustle, attitude, and effort — not just big plays!
• Add a short note or team cheer to make it extra special.
