Team Parents

Team parents are vital: they handle team communications, snacks, and support the coach.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and share rosters with families
  • Coordinate snack schedules
  • Manage sign-ups or reminders for volunteer shifts
  • Deliver team updates or announcements

Tips for Success:

  • Email parents a contact list at season start (include coach info)
  • Suggest Group Me or Team Manager for communication
  • Help coordinate concession shift coverage for your team
