FAQ’s for Pop Warner Night Thursday, September 1st, 2022

When?
Thursday night, September 1st at halftime.  Players need to arrive at 7:15

Who will participate?
All current Pop Warner players and cheerleaders including all coaches.

Cost?
Parents will need to pay $10 per person to enter the stadium. Children/players are $5. Parents can opt not to enter the stadium but will need to ensure they are not in the pathway of patrons entering it.

What does my child wear?
Athletes will need to wear their football jerseys and black shorts.
Cheerleaders will need to be in full uniform.

What will the players do at this event?
Teams will be announced, and the players will run out onto the field as they are announced, and then run off the field to the staging area.

What do you need from me to make this event run smoother and be easier on the high school?
Please make sure that you are there to pick up your child immediately after the event is over. Players cannot go and “find” their parents. Parents need to get their children from their coaches.

We ask that if you are staying for the game, please keep an eye on your child. People are at this event to support their child and/or their team. We want this to be a fun event for all.

Timeline:

7:15 Arrival

7:45-8:15 Halftime and Introduction, we are only one piece of the halftime show

Immediately after the players are done on the field, parents will need to pick up their players from the coach.
